David S. Chun, M.D., is a Board Certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. Dr. Chun is a graduate of Pomona College where he received his undergraduate degree in Biology. He then attended the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine earning his medical degree. Dr. Chun served his internship and completed his residency training in pediatrics at Cedars- Sinai Medical Center. He is originally from Virginia, where he earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. After medical school, he relocated to California to train at one of the top children’s hospitals in the country – Children’s Hospital Los Angeles – where he completed his internship, residency, and pediatric cardiology fellowship.Dr. Denny-Brown has extensive research experience through his work at Johns Hopkins Hospital, the National Institutes of Health, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and he is an author of multiple publications. He has also served as a reviewer for the peer-reviewed medical journal Pediatric Cardiology. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and Fetal Heart Society, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.Dr. Denny-Brown is fluent in Spanish and can care for his Spanish-speaking patients in their native tongue.
